The company was started by Mr.Bharatbhai Vachhani in the year 1976 in the name of Kiran Industries engaged in the production of "V" Groove Pulleys & Later Diverted in Manufacturing of unit of Lathe Machine in the year 1982 in the name of Kiran Manufactures & Kiran Enterprise with the brand name of "Nagmani".
